Due to the perishable nature of our products, Silk City Snacks does not accept returns on snack items once delivered.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@silkcitysnacks.com with a photo of the package. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or a refund.
Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
